We offer a clear, tiered set of roof packages: Good, Better, and Best, so you can confidently choose the right roofing solution for your home.
“Pick Good for strong value and Class 4 protection, Better for flexible, storm-ready performance, or Best roof packages for metal-level durability and long-term peace of mind. Every package is professionally installed and backed by manufacturer warranties.”
Will Class 4 shingles (or metal) lower my insurance?
Many insurers offer discounts for UL 2218 Class 4 roofs. Savings and documentation requirements vary by carrier and state, so we provide the product data sheet/invoice noting the Class 4 rating and you check with your agent.
What is SureNail®?
A patented reinforced nailing strip that gives installers a wider, tougher “hit zone” for consistent fastening and strong wind performance translation: fewer loose shingles when the wind gets rowdy.
Is metal roofing noisy or heavy?
Noise: Over solid decking with underlayment, stone-coated steel isn’t noticeably louder than shingles during rain/hail.
Weight: Stone-coated steel is often lighter per square than many concrete/clay tiles and comparable to laminated shingles; your existing structure is typically fine (we verify during inspection).
